Curious to see how others report medical staff and hospital committee information up to their Board of Directors?  Do you supply minutes up to the Board, summaries, etc?  We are looking at other ways to keep our BOD informed without sending minutes since we have a good bit of committees and some of our minutes can be lengthy.

    thanks

Thanks Karla, is this something developed internally or purchased?  So just key items system wide are submitted via a dashboard report?

Hi, no problem. We created it internally and focus on items that we have issues with.

We also created this internally, and send an Executive Summary the Medical Executive Committee quarterly (or sooner if there are particular issues to review/respond to).
