Erin: This happened to me a couple years ago. I called and was told that it was a "glitch" with the computer system. They fixed it. However, it did make me wonder why members weren't notified that this "glitch" existed so that we could check and make sure that we were or were not affected by it.
I would recommend calling.

I need help and I have contacted AHIMA and am not getting any assistance.
My RHIA is showing Revoked when I re-certified in April. I paid my recert fee and have more than enough CEU's. Though there are over 11 they are not counting towards my certification which i don't understand since they are all through my local HIM association or approved through AHIMA.
I need help and I can't get a hold of anyone!
Someone please point me in the right direction. I am more than frustrated.
