    For those who currently need to provide access in a shorter timeframe than the 30 days under HIPAA (examples: CA, MD, TXCA and TX)...generally speaking do you find it manageable to respond within these shorter timeframes?  What can be some of the challenges?

    As we see in the NPRM, it looks like HIPAA is going from the 30 + 30...to a 15 + 15 model.  (30 + 30...30 days to act upon the request with an available one time extension of 30 days.)
