Additionally, the legal aspects of the provider-patient relationship will be examined.

Description:
This second webinar will address privacy and liability issues related to delivering healthcare through telehealth modalities. Presenters will explore HIPPA regulations as it relates to telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic and will discuss provider best practices to safeguard patient privacy. Liability topics to be discussed include malpractice, informed consent, and risk management.
