Those of you who are on Meditech, do you find you have to go in sometimes and manually compile images in the e-chart
to get them to come up?   This happens quite often.

This is the biggest thorn in my side and will happen for all eternity. It will never change and truly makes no sense to me.

This will happen when the patient is not discharged.  You can control this timeframe with the MRI Parameter "Days to Auto Compile Images After Discharge/Service Date".

Hi, this happens even when the patient is discharged.

    Hi Cheryl,

Yes, we have to manually compile the images in the e-chart. This has to do with the settings in the HIM Toolbox Parameters for Echart 2 button. We have our "Days after Discharge/Service Date to Perform Final Compile" set to 29 (we don't close our e-chart), which I think is the maximum. So anything archived to the e-chart after 29 days needs to be manually compiled.

    Good luck.
