    I'm curious what everyone is doing with policy revisions to cover Information Blocking.  Are you creating one policy on IB or are you updating existing policies?

    Both! New policy regarding electronic access and exchange plus exceptions AND reviewing existing policies such as release of information, etc.

    We are updating our existing policies in information security, access and our ROI policies, among others.  Not writing new policies.
