Billing for 01967 (L/D anesthesia)

We have a new CRNA who was explaining how his previous company billed for 01967, and it's not the way we've been doing it.  I'm hoping someone out there can share how they bill for L/D anesthesia.

We have always billed in 15-minute time increments plus 5 base units for the entire duration of the epidural.  His previous company would bill 5 base units + 15 minute unit increments for the first hour, and 1 unit for each hour thereafter.

Any feedback (and sources) would be helpful.

    Thank you!
