Idioventricular rhythm (AIVR)

I would like to know how all you coders are coding the diagnosis of AIVR? Physician stated "on monitoring pt was found to have an episode of idioventricular rhythm. Given unexplained syncope and AIVR he presents now for EP study"

When researching on uptodate it says that they call this AIVR a "slow tachycardia" so I come up with 2 possible codes I49.8 (other specified cardiac arrhythmias, seems not serious enough) and I44.2 (complete heart block seems to serious), but could it be I47.2 (ventricular tachycardia)?

    FYI I44.2 and I47.2 are CC's.

I got an answer to my post :) and it was an easy answer!

If you index Rhythm drop down to idioventricular in the ICD10 code book it brings you to I44.2. Sorry for the unnecessary post. its been one of those weeks.
