Chargeing for pregnancy test prior to radiology exam?

Does anybody charge for the pregnancy test given prior to the radiological exam? I know it is usually a "standard of care" to at least ask, but in a pediatric organization that information is not always revealed easily by a young patient.
Do you always do a pregnancy test on anyone over the age of 10yrs - 55 (or younger)? Whatever is you cut off age.
Do you charge for it also or is it considered a "standard of care"? IE: All females over age 10 yrs get a pregnancy test prior to rad exam, AND are/are not charged for the test?

    Thanks,
