We are a Community Mental Health Provider (mental health and substance use), we are establishing a policy on the use of Zoom for our staff to use with patients for group therapy (multiple patients). Can anyone let me know if they are using Zoom for Telehealth and if so, how are you sending the patient the zoom invites? are the emails to patients encrypted?

    Hi Sherry,

The MATRC (Middle Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center) has developed a Zoom-Based Sample Telehealth Policy & Procedure document, which is pretty extensive and helpful, IMO. It answers a lot of questions and contains almost 40 pages of relatively detailed (but a good portion is graphics, containing explanatory screen-shots and Zoom instructions) info on Zoom and patient telehealth visits; the remaining pages are about WebEx.  However, the vast bulk of the document focuses on workflow, processes and use of Zoom.  This should (hopefully) be really helpful for you.

The link is below, but I have also attached the document to this posting.  Zoom has some datasheets on its website here, as well, which you already likely have but wanted to point out -->
