I need some advice. There was a local business that approached our Clinic System and asked if there is a way we can provide them with a special relationship for their employees or customers. They are a financial institution and many of their members are in financial hardship because of unexpected health emergency. I shared my opinion that we have contractual obligations with each of our payers and legally we can't bill separate rates or have multiple fee schedules. I was asked to come up with outside of the box options that are legal/compliant. Thoughts? Was I right to say this is something we can't do?
