As a student at The College of Saint Scholastica, I will be gathering information and analyzing the data received. This project is being completed under the supervision of Danika Brinda, PhD, RHIA, CHPS, HCISPP, who can be contacted at DBrinda@CSS.edu. This survey has been posted to the AHIMA Engage online communities and is a product or request from a private individual and not one from AHIMA/AHIMA Foundation, unless specifically noted as such. Neither AHIMA nor the AHIMA Foundation sponsor or endorse survey information or this request.
It is anticipated that this survey will take 8 to 10 minutes, and participation is voluntary. Participants have the right not to answer any questions and to stop the survey at any point. Identifiable data will not be used in reporting of results, and aggregate data will be used whenever possible. The following measures will be taken to ensure the confidentiality of all data received: no personal information will be collected, including IP address and/or any other contact information. This survey has gone through the Institutional Review Board (IRB) review process and has received approval from The College of Saint Scholastica, IRB protocol number: 1435407-1.
Funding for this survey has not been received, and incentives will not be paid to participants. Follow-up contact with survey participants will not be made.
