Does anyone have an excel template to input team member productivity? I am drawing a complete blank on the algorithms. What I have had in the past is I could log the team members productivity for the different areas such as analysis, prep/scan, QC and validation for the week and I would then enter number of hours worked. It would add up all the areas of productivity versus worked hours to give me their overall productivity for the week. TIA!!
