Hello Lori L. Richter:

I greatly appreciate your responses, both in the survey and with feedback; especially from your credentialed viewpoint. I do not disagree with you, as I was concerned with the final questions but was voted down. I believe the assignment was an introduction to the method of collection, analysis, and team experience with the end result being to produce a visual providing insight into the subject. Each participant is also required to assess and analyze the entire project; the quality and value of data collected, insights, visuals, shortcomings, and "lessons learned."
The number of questions we were to ask was limited, and the mix we had resulted from trying to gain the perspective of both the general public and professionals in healthcare on such a broad topic. I added my related broader survey request to the more focused physician text discussion on Engage in the hopes of obtaining the healthcare viewpoint to the completed survey tool.
Thank you again, and hopefully we will gain some measure of value from our attempt; and, I think most who consider- a refined examination and response to the use of mobile devices in the healthcare environment is a necessary endeavor.

I completed the survey, and would like to mention that it was very hard to follow and I don't think asked valuable questions. The survey went between asking questions about me as a patient and then me as an employee in healthcare. Also the options provided were not all pertinent and did not address any options such as secure texting solutions (such as Tiger Text, Doc Halo, etc).
