How would you code in the below example?

A patient is admitted to the acute rehab hospital with a "Parietal lobe Infarct with intracerebral hemorrhagic conversion with left hemiparesis and aphasia".

When a patient has stroke with a hemorrhagic conversion and hemiplegia with aphasia deficits, what do you link the deficits to: Both the stroke & the hemorrhagic conversion or just one?  If just one, which one would you link it to?

hould the deficit be coded to show both the infarct and the hemorrhagic conversion?

Any insight you can provide would be great.  Thanks!
