I'm trying to code an out patient operative report for a Colonoscopy with removal of a polyp.  The path report came back as Mantle Cell Lymphoma.  I'm assuming this would make the polyp cancerous and coded as C83.19.  Is this correct?  Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Jeri

You are correct Jeri, C83.19 would be the ICD-10 to use 'Mantle cell lymphoma, extranodal and solid organ sites'.

    Hi, Jeri
I agree with your choice of C83.19 for the polyp found to be mantle cell lymphoma.
