Long Term Post Acute Care (LTPAC)  

A Community, that is accessible to the Public, to serve as a forum for members to share best practices and resources, ask questions, and discuss HIM professionals’ needs in long term post-acute care (LTPAC) settings. LTPAC includes skilled nursing/nursing facilities (SNF/NF), home health (HH), inpatient rehabilitation (IRF), hospice and long term acute care hospitals (LTACH). This also includes services provided to patients/residents in these care settings regardless of age. This open community welcomes professionals with diverse experience and expertise in all areas of HIM.
